Is the session confidential?

Yes. These sessions are private and confidential, and we are happy to sign your NDA before the prework begins.

Is this virtual or in person?

The standard AI VIP Intensive is a 3-hour Zoom session. In-person days can be arranged separately, quoted based on location and travel.

How is this different from the Company AI Roadmap?

The VIP Intensive is one focused private session for you and your immediate priorities. The Company AI Roadmap is a multi-week engagement with executive interviews, an AI maturity audit, and a 12-month plan across departments.

How soon can we schedule?

Typically within two to three weeks, depending on availability, and we need about a week between booking and the session for prework.

Can this be expensed?

Most clients pay through their company as a professional development or consulting expense. We provide an itemized invoice for reimbursement.

The AI VIP 3-Hour Intensive is $5,000 USD, including prework, the session, and the follow-up action plan.

Is it really 3 hours?

Yes, it's dedicated work time with a structured agenda. There's a 3-5 min bio break in the middle as needed.

Can we split the session into shorter sessions?
