Most organizations don't have an AI problem. They have an adoption problem. People get a license, poke around, and never build the skills. They are told "just use it."
Many employees we talk with aren't given time or resources to support their education. So many stay novice users.
YouTube and other generic courses and self-serve videos can introduce the tool, but they rarely change how a team works day to day. That gap is exactly what hands-on, instructor-led training is built to close.
Why teams outgrow self-serve Claude training
YouTube and other generic self-serve, course-based training is a fine starting point for many people. Certainly better than nothing! It's how most people first learn what Claude can do.
But from the people in my DMs and the executives we meet weekly, they often find them insufficient for the productivity gains executives want to see across a team and company.
If your team wants to leverage Claude to fit into a specific sales workflow, CFO sprint, CMO campaign creation, a finance close, a marketing review cycle, or a product spec process, generic curriculum stops being enough. The prompts that work for one department don't work for another. The jargon and use cases don't match.
The use cases that feel obvious in a demo are the ones that never get built in practice.
That's the gap we fill. Clarity AI is a boutique AI consulting firm focused on Claude training and executive AI strategy, and you can learn more at training.hireclarity.ai. We lead hands-on, instructor-led AI training for sales, finance, marketing, and product teams. The format is built around your real work, not a slide deck of someone else's.
What hands-on, instructor-led enablement actually looks like
Our workflow-oriented format uses real use cases from your teams. Through workflow-shadowing, we work directly alongside your people on live workflows, helping them build and configure their own use cases in real time. It's not a lecture. It's your team doing your job, with Claude, with an expert in the room.
Hands-on training with expert PhD support. 100% supportive. 0% condescending.
We also offer self-serve, course-based training, and many organizations combine both formats: a self-serve foundation to get everyone speaking the same language, then hands-on shadowing to make it stick in each department. For most organizations, we recommend an in-person, workshop-style training for a mixed department group, followed by department-specific shadowing and training sessions that build on each team's specific use cases.
Today, the team does video courses, question and answer session, building custom workflows with teams, and does onsites and hybrid trainings also. Remote is the most popular however!

Even a 15 to 30 minute call is a great place to start. We'll put together a tailored proposal with a bit more context on your goals.
How a typical engagement is structured
We work on project-based scopes that can expand as your needs grow, with no open-ended retainers you have to justify every quarter. A common structure is a foundational workshop for a mixed department group of 20 to 25 people, plus three to five department-specific shadowing and training sessions. Those sessions are delivered over a period of several weeks, in person at your location, so each team gets Claude configured for its own real work rather than a generic demo.
The foundational workshop gets everyone aligned on the same vocabulary and the same set of high-leverage use cases. Then the department sessions go deep: sales builds its own call-prep and follow-up workflows, finance builds its close-cycle shortcuts, marketing builds its review and repurposing pipelines. Each one is real work leaving the room, not a sandbox exercise.
Timeline: from first call to onsite kickoff
We can spin up an engagement quickly because we run these programs often. We can come onsite for a kickoff within a six to eight week window, with materials customized from our proven training templates to fit your teams. That customization is the point. The templates give us a head start, but every deck, exercise, and shadowing session is rebuilt around your workflows before we walk in the door.
Proof it works
We've led hands-on, instructor-led AI training across sales, finance, marketing, and product teams, with more than 600 participants to date and over 90% rating the sessions highly for both learning and fun. Fun isn't a throwaway metric. It's the leading indicator that people will actually use what they learned after we leave. You can hear from past participants in our video testimonials and explore the full set of programs and pricing.
